Searching : Title documents search, Current owner search or full search, Property search

Curative : Documents verification, like deed of trust, tax certificates, open mortgage, payoffs Using Title applications

CD – Prelim : Checking Mortgage Closing Disclosure like appraisal, Deed,1003,flood certificate and flood insurance, hazard insurance, Updating missing documents

CD – Final : Auditing final mortgage loan documents like, Purchase contract, Hazard insurance, Property taxes, etc, checking the initial CD documents.

CD Revisions : Auditing final mortgage loan documents like, Purchase contract, Hazard insurance, Property taxes, etc, checking the initial CD document

Work Location : Bangalore.

Salary Package : 4.5lac PA

Rounds of Interviews : HR Round & Manager Round

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.

Any Graduates with Experience
