What You Will Do?

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Evaluate current processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate requirement prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations.

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risk strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively address risks, and resolve issues.

    • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Present executive summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

    • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

    • What Will You Need?

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
