Key Responsibilities
Business Consulting & Client Relationship Management
- Lead reporting and dashboarding engagements across industries such as Retail, Airlines, Automotive , and more.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving account growth.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to shape solutions for RFPs and proposals , including pricing and delivery models.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations that communicate insights, strategy, and value clearly.
- Understand client reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Excel , etc.
- Articulate how AI / ML and GenAI can enhance BI capabilities, including automation, personalization, and predictive insights.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in reporting, data visualization, and AI for BI .
Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple projects, managing risks and dependencies.Define and track KPIs, ensuring measurable impact and client satisfaction (NPS).Mentor and guide teams in reporting best practices, dashboard design, and data storytelling.Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.Manage account-level P&L, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.The Person : Qualification & Experience
10+ years of experience in analytics and consulting, with 4+ years in leadership roles.Proven experience in delivering reporting and dashboarding solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Excel , etc.Strong domain expertise in Retail, Airlines, Automotive , or similar industries.Basic understanding of AI / ML techniques and GenAI concepts to support BI innovation.Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement across geographies.Experience in proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations .Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify and articulate business value .Exceptional communication and articulation skills .Willingness to travel for client engagements.
