We are looking for a full-time Junior to Midlevel US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years Only in U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, and salary / rate negotiation.

Should have strong experience in hiring resource on W2 1099 / W2 / H1B Transfer .

Job Description but not limited to :

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies & Units.

Conduct preliminary screening, shortlist the right qualitative profile against the given requirement, and negotiate rate / salary, taking RTR and other documents for submission.

Expert in building strings for profiles sourcing from different Job boards.

Coordinating with the Hiring Managers to schedule interviews, know the feedback of the candidates, and improve sourcing profiles based on the daily team discussions.

Closing the positions within the stipulated time and following up with the candidate after the offer is made.

Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Hands-on experience with W2 / 1099,H1B Transfer and FTE is a must.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B on all the tax term (W2 / 1099 / C2H).

Experience working on Business Partner, Implementation partners, State clients’ & Direct client roles.

Experience in using portals like LinkedIn, Monster and other free job boards etc.

Willing to work in US timings Est / Night Shift India with consistency in attendance.
