Job descriptionSet realistic, measurable goals for campaigns Ideate and execute influencer campaigns with credible creators Integrate data and consumer insights throughout the process Identify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends Conduct trend forecasting and event reports Ensure 100% client retention through consistent performance Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies (minimum one meeting per month) Develop a resource bank of talent agencies, stylists, and collaborators Build relationships to secure better rates and collaborations Follow and enforce ESSC’s policies and good practices within your team Maintain timely invoicing, payouts, and documentation Ensure contracts and all supporting paperwork are signed and filed Create and execute quarterly roadmaps for clients Track new and emerging SMEs, creators, and industry trends Curate influencer lists by category, Gen Z, Gen Alpha (if applicable), Buzz, Brand Building, and Sales Maintain and update a daily / weekly influencer database
