Management Trainee - Sales

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Sales to support our Business Development team in preparing proposals, conducting research, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, a keen interest in the events / MICE industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Location - Gurgaon

CTC - 25k inhand

Key Responsibilities :

Understand client requirements and analyze RFPs to develop tailored proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, accounts, etc.) to gather required inputs for proposals.

Prepare detailed budgets, presentations, and concept notes based on client briefs.

Conduct market research on upcoming tenders, events, and potential client opportunities.

Liaise with hotels, venues, and vendors to obtain quotations, availability, and other relevant details.

Maintain and update lead databases and track proposal progress and status.

Ensure timely submission of proposals, supporting documents, and other deliverables.

Support the Business Development team during client meetings, presentations, and pitches.

Maintain a repository of past proposals, case studies, and client presentations for reference.

Assist in post-submission follow-ups and respond to client queries or clarifications.

Continuously research industry trends and competitor activities to support strategy building.

Candidate Requirements :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in sales support, business development, or research (internship experience acceptable).

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in the Events, MICE, or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
