About the team and role
Be a member of Credit- Anchor Onboarding team at the NBFC. Role would include Onboarding and monitoring of NBFC’s / Fintech’s for lending partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Onboarding for joint lending on retail loans
- Conduct detailed credit due diligences on NBFC’s / Fintech’, prepare credit reports, seek approvals from Credit Committee for lending program.
- Seek, analyze, and structure data provided by clients.
- Evaluating business models, meetings with CXO’s / Senior management of companies and thorough field diligence (HO / CO / Branches / Vendor visits)
- Evaluate feasibility of program through co-ordination across multiple teams (internal / external), recommending product structures, limits & recourse requirement basis loss estimation.
- Prepare insightful credit report for presentation to Credit Committee with cogent recommendations.
- Taking partnerships live, continuous engagement with client, finalizing process flow and transaction documents.

Ability to interact with promoters / CXOs and glean information through physical discussions.Be willing to travel extensively pan-India for on-field monitoring of clients.Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under pressure.Be brilliant with numbers, analyzing financial statements, managing and interpreting data and solving problems - to aid in taking decision to onboard.Have excellent report writing skills.Be as ambitious as we are, and hence be willing to go out of her / his way to burn the midnight oil to meet targets and deadlines.Experience of NBFC underwriting or Credit monitoring teams of Banks / NBFCs / PE / Debt funds / Rating agencies would be preferred.
