Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric Factory HR Manager who can lead our plant HR functions with confidence. This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to manage a large workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complete HR operations at the factory (200–400+ workforce)
- Ensure smooth recruitment , onboarding & induction for factory roles
- Design manpower planning, shift management & daily workforce deployment
- Maintain strict compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act & statutory audits
- Handle grievance resolution, counselling & disciplinary actions
- Drive training programs, skill enhancement sessions & safety workshops
- Oversee attendance system, leave management & payroll coordination
- Maintain strong coordination between Factory Management & Corporate HR
- Lead engagement activities that boost employee morale & retention
