Role Description
We are recruiting a versatile Head of Client Partnerships to champion Stellar's offerings and nurture our relationships :
Lead outbound business development and consultative sales to HNI / UHNI investors and family officesOwn the end-to-end client journey : sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship buildingCommunicate investment strategies clearly, especially our hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approach (you will explain credibly and loop in internal experts when required)Gather structured client feedback and work cross-functionally with the product and quant teams to influence product directionLeverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM softwarePreferred Background
Experience : 5+ years in wealth management, PMS / AIF advisory, or private bankingEducation : Strong academic background from premier institutions and willingness to obtain the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certificationStrong Network : Demonstrated success managing HNI / UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clientsMindset : AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward actionBonus : Zero-to-one experience of growing such companies from an early stageOr something untraditional that trumps all of the aboveStellar Culture
