Responsibilities

Execute the design of parts within their scope :

Design the parts (2D, 3D, and simulation).

Ensure technical convergence (technical definition summary).

Define the connecting elements (assembly constraints) and assembly drawings.

Ensure the product documentation monitoring of parts within their scope :

Assist in creating the design file.

Manage the digital mock-up (packaging).

Execute and update the product drawings (and 3D annotations) and archive them in the dedicated information system.

Validate the design product / process feasibility :

Transpose the dedicated product / process constraints during the design reviews (geometry, process, given boundary conditions, packaging, etc.).

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts

Essential Skills

Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision

Analytical skills and logical thinking

Adaptability and learning skills

Strong communication, interpersonal skills

Desired Skills

3-5 years' of experience in Powertrain parts and good knowledge in CATIA, GD & T and Tolerance stack up.
