Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified Travel Nurses and healthcare professionals for U.S. clients.
• Coordinate with the U.S. team to understand client requirements, pay packages, and compliance needs.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate experience, and ensure credential verification.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
• Stay updated on nursing specialties, healthcare compliance, and U.S. visa / work authorization processes.
