Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Surat. The Meta Ads Specialist will manage and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, monitor and analyze ad performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Daily tasks include creating ad content, setting up targeting criteria, adjusting bids and budget, and reporting on campaign performance. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and executing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Data analysis and performance monitoring skills
• Strong understanding of ad targeting, bid strategies, and budget management
• Content creation and ad copywriting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Surat
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
