The Role

About the Role :

We're seeking a visionary Tech Lead with strong product management and development experience. This role requires a leader who can build and scale SaaS products from scratch, define and own the product roadmap, and align execution with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be visionary, highly strategic, innovation-driven , and deeply collaborative.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on AI-driven SaaS solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle —from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product execution
• Leverage AI-driven dynamic pricing to optimize revenue and enhance product competitiveness
• Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, user analytics, and A / B testing
• Ensure technical feasibility of features by working closely with development teams
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product and tech team
