Title : Robotics Platform Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop, debug, test, and troubleshoot platform software across the development lifecycle.

Build and optimize state machines for robotic cooking workflows.

Create streamlined and user-friendly installation procedures for robotic systems.

Design and implement monitoring systems to ensure real-time robotic system health.

Refactor and improve code quality to enhance maintainability and performance.

Review existing code / documentation to understand architecture and follow best practices.

Follow and contribute to improvements in SDLC processes .

Own development, maintenance, testing, and release cycles.

Build unit and system-level tests.

Prepare architectural diagrams demonstrating data flow and system interactions.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.

Strong experience in system software, network stacks, state machines, and SQL databases.

Expertise in Python , with familiarity in C++ .

Hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) .

Strong working knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Git .

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Cloud & edge computing experience, multi-robot platform development.
