Job descriptionHave extensive knowledge of the US mortgage live underwriting process and stay up-to-date with industry developments. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in UW mortgage underwriting is required, preferably with a strong track record of success. A degree in a technical field (BCA / MCA / BTech) with a solid foundation in underwriting principles will be a key selection criterion.
We are seeking an experienced professional in mortgage underwriting to drive innovation and efficiency in our automated underwriting condition rules and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop critically sound underwriting condition rules and systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of various Underwriting guidelines and adapt to evolving regulations.
- Apply logical thinking with excellent written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Prior experience in automation and underwriting will be highly valued, but not essential.
