Job Role : Software implementation executive
Key Responsibilities :
Software Deployment : Install, configure, and test software solutions at client sites.
Client Training : Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively.
Customization : Work with clients to tailor the software to meet their specific needs and business processes.
Technical Support : Provide on-site technical support during the implementation phase and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Project Management : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, including configuration settings, client feedback, and training materials.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : FRESHER can also apply 0 to 1 year in POS software Industry
Technical Skills : Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with databases, networks, systems integration and Multilanguage.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
Customer Service : Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with specific software products or industries relevant to the company’s offerings.
Familiarity with remote support tools & SOL.
