Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Projects Coordinator. The Projects Coordinator will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of various art-related projects. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with artists and production teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality output. The role also involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Coordination skills, with the ability to manage project timelines and allocate resources effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, artists, and teams efficiently
• Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure meeting deadlines
• Knowledge or experience in Art, Design, or related fields is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges quickly and responsibly
• Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Art Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
