• Dependency on china manufacturer for finished goods & raw material.

KRA1 Financial Results  Drive sustainable revenue growth.

 To achieve given gross profit targets.

 Managing working capital & inventory turns.

KRA2 Consumer and Market In sighting  Understanding of Consumer Profiles, impact of catchments / buying behaviors on elements of channel strategy such as store locations, merchandise, staff service etc.

 Market research tools, tactics, principles and practices, understanding of competitor and industry dynamics.

KRA3 Merchandising Grid Management  Creating and managing product range in line with brand marketing strategy, brand identity and consumer and product segments - translate that into GTM plan

 Managing product grid / product portfolio through understanding of customer choice, fashion trends and competitor products in the market - reviewing merchandise performance

 Choosing product / range which has correct combination of colors, patterns, styles and trims and suiting the aesthetic sense of consumers

 Merchandise Performance Reviews

KRA4 Inventory Planning & Management  Inventory and sales planning from store to national level, measuring merchandise productivity, understanding impact of buying trends and business plans,

 Placing the right merchandise in stores, Auto-Replenishment, Inter-store transfers, Core Management Process, Stock liquidation through AMM plan.
