About this role

Job Overview :

  • This is a full-time opportunity for experienced sales professionals to run high-ticket calls for premium coaching, agency, and career-launch offers.

Earning Potential :

  • The base draw is ₹20-₹25 K / month, with uncapped commission potential.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Candidates will run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈100–120 / month), maintaining a live close rate of at least 10–15%.
  • They will also revive old leads and self-book 20–30 calls / month for extra pay.
  • Ongoing tasks include keeping CRM notes and follow-ups sharp, participating in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews.

    • Compensation Breakdown :

  • Base salary : ₹20 - ₹25 K / month
  • Commission : 7–10 % on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins
  • No income cap—the more you close, the more you earn

    • Weekly Routine :

  • Morning meetings take place at 11 : 00 AM IST (Tue–Sun)
  • The call window is from 12 PM – 7 PM IST
  • Daily skill clinics are optional
  • End-of-day updates and Slack check-ins round out the day

    • Requirements :

  • Candidates must have at least one year's experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as strong on-camera presence and objection handling skills
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems, a willingness to learn and adapt, empathy, and a numbers-driven approach
  • Candidates should be prepared for a 40-48 hour work week
