Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Netsuite Technical Consultant with 3+ years of relevant experience. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, managing Netsuite implementations, offering consulting expertise, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design custom solutions, and drive successful outcomes through strategic guidance and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions

Proven ability in consulting and collaborating with clients to provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions

Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving Netsuite-related issues

Experience or skills in sales, with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment

Experience with Netsuite implementations and customizations is required

Knowledge of AI technologies and their integration with ERP systems is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Salary : 30-40k
