Industrial Engineer - CNC Programming

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Diploma / bachelor's in mechanical engineering with 3-5 years of experience in component manufacturing on CNC machines
• Knowledge of programming, tooling & machining processes of CNC machines
• Familiar with Siemens & Fanuc controller CNC machine controller
• Proficiency in NX-CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for heavy machining components
• Identify and resolve programming or machining issues, making adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
• Collaborate with machine operators & shop supervisor to prove out components on CNC machines, conduct operation trials, and verify program accuracy
• Conduct time studies and derive standard time for production processes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
