What You’ll Do

As our Guest Relations Executive – F&B , you’ll become the face of our café and dining experiences.

Your role will include :

• Greeting guests with warmth and making them feel instantly at ease
• Guiding guests through the dining experience with story, clarity, and charm
• Coordinating with service & kitchen teams for smooth operations
• Managing table reservations, seating, and guest flow
• Handling guest feedback with maturity and empathy
• Ensuring service standards match TPC’s creative hospitality ethos
• Supporting the F&B team during busy hours
• Maintaining an inviting, well-composed café environment
