Job Description
The role will report into the General Manager for FR Channel in the Instamart Team.
Responsibilities
- Own & manage the payment to first order / tenth order funnel
- Manage the performance of regional onboarding executives & regional reliability
- telecallers.
- Ensure 100% lead connectivity & utilization
- Should strategize & carve out initiatives for improving performance of agents
- Should lead & work with cross functional teams to create products for a seamless
- onboarding experience for delivery partners.
