⚖️ Hiring : Projects & Infrastructure Lawyers (Mumbai)

Practice Area : Projects (non-financing)

Role : Associate / Senior Associate (or equivalent)

PQE : 3–7 years

LLB Batch 2013–2017.

Background : Law Firms only

Location : Mumbai

What you’ll do

  • Draft / review EPC, O&M, concession, PPP and project development docs
  • Advise on bid / RfP / RfQ, regulatory & approvals, land / ROW, construction, and O&M issues
  • Negotiate with developers, EPCs, contractors, and government counterparties
  • Support diligence and risk allocation through the project lifecycle

What you’ll bring

  • Solid, hands-on highways and renewables (solar / wind) project experience
  • Strong drafting / negotiation skills and stakeholder management
  • LLB; top law-firm training; ability to run workstreams independently
