Work Location : PAN India

About the Role : US Mortgage Live Underwriting. We are seeking experienced Underwriters and Senior Underwriters proficient in :

Live Underwriting is mandatory
Live Underwriting

Responsibilities :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Flexibility to work night shifts as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting.

Required Skills :

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Live Underwriting.

Experience in Pre Purchase Review.
