Job Title : Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Location : Thane (Onsite)

About the Role :

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team at Digifocal IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on IT hiring (Non-IT exposure is a plus).

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various clients (IT & Non-IT)

Source candidates through job portals.

Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates & clients

Maintain and update candidate databases and reports

Work closely with the team to meet hiring targets and deadlines

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT preferred).

Good knowledge of job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
