Job descriptionMBA (Finance) from a reputed institute; engineering background preferred 7-10 years’ experience in business finance within manufacturing (Chemicals / Pharma preferred) Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills with hands-on SAP knowledge Strong analytical mindset and collaborative working style
About the Role :
We’re looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen to partner with senior leadership across the Aroma Business Unit (India & UK). The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical insights to support strategic decisions and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports for management and board reviews
- Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analyses at product and customer levels
- Collaborate with plant and finance controllers to ensure effective cost management
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement
- Leverage SAP and Excel for automation, analytics, and decision support
