AI Engineer - Python

AI Lead :

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to join our team and spearhead the development, optimization, and deployment of cutting-edge AI / ML solutions. If you're passionate about modern AI technologies, model fine-tuning, and building low-latency intelligent systems, we'd love to connect!

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI / ML models.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs, vision models) for production use cases.
• Optimize system performance with a focus on latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science.
• Stay current with emerging AI / ML trends and apply best practices in production environments.
• Build and mentor a small team of AI / ML engineers (as the team Skills :
• Must be from IIT, NIT or IIM.
• 5+ years of experience in AI / ML development with hands-on production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) or domain-specific transformers.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops, distributed systems, and inference optimization.
• Proven experience in reducing model inference time and improving response latency.
• Familiarity with tools like ONNX, TensorRT, Ray, or similar for performance improvement.
