UST is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with atleast 6 years of exp.

equired Experience : 6+ Years

NP : Immediate to 30 days only

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Trivandrum, Kochi, Hyderabad

  • Shift : (4 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM IST)
  • Mode : In-office, 5 days a week

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery to join our healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements, analyze complex datasets, and support end-to-end project delivery within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business goals, objectives, and requirements for new projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive requirement specifications such as user stories, functional requirement documents (FRD), and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Act as a proxy product owner within Agile teams facilitating discussions, clarifying requirements, and supporting sprint activities.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution across project phases.
  • Utilize SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data for report validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business insights.
  • Collaborate with QA Analysts to create detailed test cases and validate test results against requirements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training sessions; provide post-implementation support as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status updates, roadmaps, and release notes.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with UST's core values and compliance standards.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven environments.
  • Strong SQL expertise ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for validation, reporting, and analytical purposes.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery for large scale data analysis, report generation, and dashboard integration.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare data systems, including source-to-target mapping, claims, provider, or member data.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
  • Exposure to data migration or data transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Healthcare domain experience is mandatory
