Job description

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong Python scripting expertise, solid debugging skills, and hands-on experience in automation testing.

The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing regression tests, and collaborating closely with QA and Development teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Knowledge of L2 / L3 networking will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Enhance existing automation setups for better efficiency, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Execute test automation, analyze results, and provide clear reporting.
Collaborate with QA / Dev teams to reproduce and debug issues.
Participate in test planning, scripting, execution, and defect management.
Document automation code and processes for future reference.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field).

Experience : 48 years in QA automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Python (mandatory).

Exposure to Selenium, Cucumber; knowledge of Ansible, JMeter is a plus.

Experience with UI and REST API automation (preferred).

Good knowledge of wired networking / L2-L3 protocols is desirable.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with QA methodologies, version control, and defect management tools.

Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
