Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ajmer. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
