CTC : ₹6–9 LPA

Industry Preference : Candidates from Co-living, Hospitality, Facility Management, or Managed Accommodation backgrounds

About the Role

Union Living is seeking an experienced Fit-Out & Procurement Manager to lead property fit-out projects and procurement operations across our portfolio. The role requires strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, vendor management, and project execution — ensuring all properties are completed on time, within budget, and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts in line with company SOPs and brand standards.
  • Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties from initiation to handover.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, purchase documentation, and GRN processes.
  • Maintain fit-out and procurement data records, ensuring accuracy for audits and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement team for Opex purchases and vendor payments.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently.
  • Report to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in fit-out management, procurement, or project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, and site coordination.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple property projects simultaneously.
