Workday Tester

Title : Workday Tester (Multiple openings)

Location : Remote (India) - candidates local to Pune preferred

Duration : 6-12+ months contract

Qualifications :

Experience : Mandatory 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience as a Workday Tester.

Education : Mandatory Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies specifically tailored for Workday environments (e.G., Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet or third-party testing platforms).

Strong functional understanding of multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.

• Core Skills : Exceptional analytical, organizational, and structured problem-solving skills;

excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Skills :

Workday Certifications : Current or recent Workday Pro Certification in a core module (e.G., HCM, Absence) or equivalent advanced Workday training is a big plus.
