Job descriptionGather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP SD and CS modules as per business needs. Handle end-to-end process flows for Sales, Delivery, Billing, Service Orders, and Service Contracts. Work with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP) for seamless integration. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects. Provide user training and support during UAT and Go-Live. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Key Skills :
- Strong SAP SD and CS module knowledge.
- Experience in Order-to-Cash, Service Management, Warranty Management.
- Good understanding of pricing, billing, and credit management processes.
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, and PM modules.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
