Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure and customize SAP SD and CS modules as per business needs.Handle end-to-end process flows for Sales, Delivery, Billing, Service Orders, and Service Contracts.Work with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP) for seamless integration.Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.Provide user training and support during UAT and Go-Live.Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.Key Skills :

- Experience in Order-to-Cash, Service Management, Warranty Management.
- Good understanding of pricing, billing, and credit management processes.
