- Maintain and manage the depreciation register
- Ensure leases are accurately recorded and tracked as per schedules
Payroll & Bookkeeping
Review and process payroll when requiredOversee bookkeeping tasks and provide constructive feedbackClient Workpapers & Reporting
Create and maintain detailed workpapers for each clientPrepare and finalize BAS (Business Activity Statements) and IAS (Instalment Activity Statements)Prepare management reports and financial statements as neededTaxation & Compliance
Prepare and finalize tax returns for companies, trusts, individuals, and SMSFsHandle SMSF-specific accounting and taxation activitiesReview EOFY financial records and respond to associated queriesManage ATO queries and ensure strict compliance with lodgement deadlinesAnalyze and recommend optimal tax computations for clientsClient Relationship Management
Address client queries promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the manager and principal to serve multiple SME clientsPerform ad hoc duties as required to support client outcomesSkills Required
