Responsibilities and Duties
The Deputy Manager HR & Administration responsibilities will include but not limited to the following :
Human Resources
- HR activities coordination in HR Business partner role
- Coordinate for joining formalities / onboarding, documentation and administration
- Coordinate for employee performance related actions including probation appraisals, performance related interventions.
- Manage training and development related activities including internal / external and online training
- Manage employee exit formalities including exit interviews, coordination with payroll and compliance team, final clearances etc
- Coordinate and support employee travel ticketing, visa, accommodation and associated requirements (both international and local)
- Coordinate employee transportation related activities
- Coordinate / assist in internal employee related events
- Manage employee query and grievance resolution
Facility Management and administration
Oversee the overall facility management activities including technical / non technical activities in collaboration with service provider teams,building management teams.Front office and visitor management, overseeing and meeting arrangements with visitors / customers.Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for critical systems and ensuring follow up of the implementation.Oversee Security systems Management and maintenanceCollaborate with govt / regulatory authorities for smooth function and compliance of facilities activitiesResponding to emergencies support to ensure smooth business operation.General responsibilities
Coordinate Health Safety Environment activities related to facilities including compliance to Safran, local regulatory requirements,Facilitating sustainable practices including energy management and waste reduction and managementClosely work with stakeholders for budgeting, purchase / order process, invoicing and maintaining records / trackersSkills and Qualifications

Min 3 years experience in office administration including travel managementSkills :
