As an Inside Sales Representative at Xira Infotech, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our digital marketing services to businesses across various sectors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities As Inside Sales Representative

• Lead Generation : Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in Xira Infotech's digital marketing services.
• Client Outreach : Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone calls to businesses of all categories, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of Xira Infotech's digital marketing offerings, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
• Qualification of Leads : Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and readiness to engage in digital marketing services.
• Relationship Building : Build rapport with prospects, understand their business needs, and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information and expectations.
• Follow-up : Follow up with leads through email or phone to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Database Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Achievement of Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Feedback Loop : Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the effectiveness of messaging, lead quality, and market trends.
