Key Responsibilities :

Lead deep-dive analysis across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Civil Execution to provide actionable business insights.

Develop, review, and maintain financial models for large-scale projects, including feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and long-term forecasting.

Advise management on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation.

Evaluate competitor strategies, market dynamics, and industry opportunities.

Drive strategic MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.

Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring best practices in analysis and reporting.

Support leadership in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

CMA / CFA (preferred) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and business analytics.

Strong business acumen with ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
