We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Associate Manager – Graphic Design who will play a dual role : leading design execution and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can create compelling visuals, manage content creation for digital channels, and assist with overall brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
Design digital and print marketing materials , including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, banners, and signage.
Develop creative concepts for exhibition booth graphics , event branding, and experiential design elements.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and project teams to translate client and internal briefs into impactful visuals.
Social Media Content & Campaign Management
Plan, design, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) that promotes the company’s projects and services.
Create and edit short videos, reels, and animations showcasing event setups, builds, and success stories.
Maintain the posting schedule, respond to engagement, and monitor performance analytics to improve reach and engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies for different platforms.
Email Marketing & Communication Design
Design and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements) for existing clients and new prospects.
Ensure visual and content alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives.
Create digital assets and layouts that improve email open and click-through rates.
Branding & Marketing Collateral
Assist in updating and maintaining brand guidelines .
Develop visual assets for client presentations, case studies, pitch decks, and internal communications.
Support marketing and sales teams with creative materials for proposals and client outreach.
Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
Work with printers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
Maintain an organized digital asset library (images, videos, templates, brand materials).
Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable) on design best practices, tools, and workflows.
Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practices relevant to the events industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field .
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or marketing design , preferably in the events, exhibits, or creative services industry .
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines.
Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
