Senior Flutter Developer (GetX + iOS Deployment Specialist)

Compensation : Up to ₹50,000 / month | Up to ₹6 LPA

Location : On-site – Noida, Sector 63

Employment Type : Full-time

Role Overview

This role is a combination of Flutter feature development and end-to-end iOS deployment .

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing new features using MVVM and MVC structures
  • Using GetX as the core state management solution
  • Building, testing, and deploying iOS apps through Xcode, TestFlight, and App Store Connect
  • Handling Swift integrations, deep linking, Firebase push notifications, and platform-specific logic
  • Proactively managing multiple iOS builds and releases in a day when needed
  • Creating and maintaining internal packages for reuse and research

This is an impact-heavy role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities Flutter Development

  • Develop and maintain Flutter applications using GetX for state management
  • Implement MVVM and MVC patterns for scalable and maintainable code
  • Integrate REST APIs using http and other relevant pub.Dev packages
  • Build advanced UI with animations, transitions, tickers, and smooth interactions
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, modularity, and performance optimization
  • Work with responsive layouts and well-structured project organization

    • iOS Development and Deployment

  • Configure, build, and test iOS apps using Xcode
  • Manage App Store Connect , TestFlight builds, signing certificates, and provisioning profiles
  • Publish apps to the App Store with complete, compliant metadata and assets
  • Implement and manage :
  • Deep linking
  • Swift bridging and platform channels
  • Firebase push notifications and related iOS configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve iOS-specific build and deployment issues
  • Proactively deploy multiple builds / apps in a day when required

    • Technical R&D and Packages

  • Create and maintain internal Flutter packages for repeated use across projects
  • Conduct research on new tools, patterns, and performance improvements
  • Collaborate with backend and product teams to shape technical solutions

    • Delivery and Ownership

  • Maintain predictable release cycles and version control practices
  • Document technical implementations where necessary
  • Take full ownership of assigned modules from development to deployment

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter development
  • Strong experience with GetX (controllers, bindings, routes, dependency injection)
  • Practical understanding and application of MVVM and MVC patterns in Flutter
  • Proficiency with :
  • REST APIs, JSON parsing, and http package
  • Animations, tickers, and advanced UI handling
  • Proven, hands-on experience with :
  • App Store Connect , TestFlight, App Store submission
  • Xcode-based iOS builds and debugging
  • Swift files, platform channels, and Firebase integration for iOS
  • Deep linking and push notification handling on iOS
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end iOS deployment
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and a disciplined approach to delivery

    • Mandatory Requirements

  • Must have and use your own MacBook for development and deployment
  • Must be willing to work on-site from Noida, Sector 63
  • Comfortable with fast-paced releases and frequent builds

    • Good to Have (Bonus)

  • Experience with CI / CD tools (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Experience with Android deployment as well
  • Prior experience in building and publishing Flutter packages
  • Worked in white-label or multi-tenant app environments
