What we are building?

Soma is a co-pilot for performance marketing teams. It takes over the repetitive, operational work of running Meta ads so marketers can focus on thinking, creative and strategy.

Where we are :

• We launched 6 months back; work with a dozen large advertisers.
• Average user spends ₹4–8 crore ($0.5M–$1M) per month on ads.
• 100% of paying users log in at least 3 times a week.

The last 6 months were all product and early users. Now we are switching gear to growth in India and globally.

What this internship actually is :

Your first 2 months : Building the Outbound machine

You will own our outbound engine across cold email and LinkedIn.

You will :

This means a mix of research, writing, simple tools, and lots of iteration.

After that : 0 → 1 growth bets

Once outbound is humming, you will help find the next growth lever.

This could look like :

You will design the experiment, launch it, measure it, and decide what to scale or kill.
