Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout planning and execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their event needs and preferences
• Ensure timely project delivery and conduct quality checks

• Create a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails and meetings
• Address client concerns and identify solutions to enhance product acceptance
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and details
