About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance leadership and operations.

As the Senior Finance Manager , you will play a key role in driving UniLiv’s financial strategy, compliance, and control framework. Reporting directly to the CFO , you will oversee financial operations across multiple business verticals, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with growth goals.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role suited for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and can balance precision with pace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance operations , including accounting, reporting, and financial control.
Drive statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
Implement and monitor robust internal controls, SOPs, and cost optimization measures.
Oversee and authorize vendor, landlord, and operational payments with full compliance checks.
Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and fund utilization across all business units.
Prepare, review, and present MIS, P&L statements, and management dashboards for leadership.
Support the CFO and Founders’ Office in financial planning, business analysis, and expansion strategy.
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure governance and transparency.
Mentor, train, and lead the finance team to ensure high standards of accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.

Proven experience in financial leadership roles within hospitality, real estate, or service-based industries.

Strong background in compliance, audit management, and statutory governance.

Hands-on expertise in cash flow management, cost control, and financial modeling.

Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or NetSuite).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
