As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design, build, and maintain reliable, high-performance services and applications, lead complex features, and mentor peers. The role requires strong coding, system design skills, and adaptability in agentic AI and prompt engineering to drive business results.

What You'll Do at Pega :

• Design, implement, and deliver robust, production-grade services, APIs, and data workflows focused on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Leverage asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and non-blocking I / O to build high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear technical solutions, and drive incremental delivery through design docs, code reviews, and testing.
• Mentor peers, uplift coding standards, and improve documentation quality within the team.
