Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Payroll professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data, including calculations for deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, including salary discrepancies and tax withholdings.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in payroll administration or HR administration role.Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Paychex).Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.Excellent numerical and analytical skills for accurate payroll processing.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and management.Skills Required
