Maintainence Head

Description

The Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves developing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance department to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively to control costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
