Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Delivery Head, located in Kolkata. The Zonal Delivery Head will oversee daily operations, manage key client relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of telecom solutions within their designated zone. Responsibilities include spearheading operational strategies, managing teams, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction is essential to this role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
