We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer with 1–2 years of experience who understands how to build, run, and scale paid campaigns and grow organic engagement through smart, consistent execution.
This role needs someone who knows how to make ads work, optimize them without burning the budget, and isn’t afraid to get into the backend of ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and social media tools. You’ll also contribute to broader digital efforts across content, email, SEO, and website updates.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Track and manage ad budgets and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, etc.)
- Test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages regularly
- Generate weekly campaign performance reports
Social Media
Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and FacebookPost, schedule, and monitor daily contentEngage with followers and respond to messages / commentsTrack performance using insights and analytics toolsContent & SEO
Coordinate with designers / writers to execute campaign creativesUpdate blogs, website pages, and metadata for SEOMonitor keyword trends and optimize on-page contentAnalytics & Reporting

Have at least 1–2 years of real hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and managing brand social handlesAre confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, and Wix.Think beyond vanity metrics, you track what mattersCan write clean, simple, on-brand copy for ads and postsAre organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at onceStay updated with new trends in digital marketingNice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
