The data steward delegate for the manufacturing domain will support the domain data steward and the domain data owner in the development and execution of the domain data strategy. Manufacturing data is very diverse and the use cases enabled by manufacturing data are equally diverse. The data steward delegate will be accountable for internal controls and assessments as well as the remediation of any issues identified, data governance, use case management and consolidation, and metrics / KPIs needed to maintain the data from the manufacturing domain.

Role Definition

Gathers and documents user / client requirements, supports the development and testing of new products or services, collects feedback from clients, and recommends improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services / products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product / service.
• Supporting the organization by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
• Identifying user / client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them.
