Job descriptionProven experience in ITSM implementation ( ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk) . Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ). Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ITIL certification preferred. Hands-on with Linux / Unix and OS environments . Work Life Balance : - We Encourage it. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in ITSM tools and hands-on experience in implementing ITSM solutions for enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and implement ITSM architectures for enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end ITSM tool implementations and integrations.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers.
- Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
